The web-footed gecko, or Cyrtodactylus elok, is an uncommon gecko species found in deep lowland rainforests. In the wild, they feed on insects. Arboreal and nocturnal, web-footed geckos are found mostly in cool lowland and mid-level rainforests.

They tend to be aggressive in temperament and flightly. Web-footed geckos are also able to change their body colours from a bland yellowish to striking dark greenish brown. Previously, this species was often confused with the Siamese Cyrtodactylus brevipalmatus but is now considered endemic to Peninsular Malaysia in Southeast Asia.
