The Peter's slender toed gecko is a stunning species in colouration. Juveniles are dark with bright white narrow bands across the dorsal area and legs. The head is covered with a elaborate pattern while the eyes are large and greenish yellow. As adults, they adopt a greenish brown colouration while retaining a faded form of their juvenile bands. This species is nocturnal and found in lowland to upper-level rainforests of Thailand, Malaysia, Borneo and Indonesia (Sumatra) in Southeast Asia.0
