Lizards
Lizards are reptiles that belong to the order of Squamata, together with snakes. They are defined from other reptiles by posessing legs, a tail that can regenerate if bronken or split, having ear openings and movable evelids. The most common types of lizards are; agamids, which are diurnal lizards with slender legs and very long tails that resemble iguanas in appearance; geckos, small lizards that are adept to climbing with regenrative tails; skinks are ground lizards that dwell under rocks and leaf litter, with a robust shape; and varanids, which are large monitor lizards that are terrestial or arboreal depending on species.
