Dwarf Reed Snake

Pseudorabdion longiceps

The dwarf reed snake is a small and secretive species of lowland rainforest. It has a dark brown complexion with a strong iridescent sheen, with a pale yellow collar around the neck and a reddish brown head. The snout is pointed while the ventrals are highly keeled. In Southeast Asia, this species occurs in Malaysia, Singapore, Borneo, Indonesia and Southern Thailand.
